Please note that, because we want to have everything prepared perfectly for your stay, check-in is not possible until after 3 p.m. And so that we are able to provide that same quality of service to all of our guests, please vacate your room on departure day by 10 a.m.
If you expect to arrive later than originally planned, please notify us as soon as possible.
Pets are not allowed.
In consideration of other guests, we ask you not to bring your four-legged family members with you on your holiday.

Cancelation Conditions
In the event of a no-show or premature departure, the Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines will apply, with the exception of the following cancelation conditions of our own which are more advantageous to you:
- up to 32 days prior to arrival: free
Your deposit minus a € 25 processing fee will be transferred back to you. - up to 14 days prior to arrival: 30% of the amount of the booking
- up to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the amount of the booking
- within 1 week prior to arrival: 90% of the amount of the booking
We strongly recommend taking out holiday cancelation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Via the A9
- Leave the autobahn at the exit for the B320, turning in the direction of Liezen / Schladming / Radstadt.
- At the roundabout, take the third exit onto the Ennstal Bundesstraße (B320).
- Stay on the B320 in the direction of Schladming for 52 km.
- Now take the 3rd road which leads into Schladming and turn right onto Ramsauerstraße.
- After 300 m, turn right again so as to remain on Ramsauerstraße.
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit, continuing straight in the direction of Ennsradweg / Rohrmooserstraße.
- At the 2nd roundabout, again take the 2nd exit, now in the direction of Rohrmoos.
- Stay on this road for 2.7 km, which will bring you to Rohrmoos and the next roundabout.
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit in order to stay on Rohrmooserstraße.
- After just 300 m, you will find our Hotel Erlebniswelt Stocker on your right.
Via the A10
- Leave the autobahn at exit 63-Altenmarkt and continue in the direction of Altenmarkt.
- Take the onramp for the Ennstal Bundesstraße (B320) and stay on this road for 21.2 km.
- At the 1st road leading into Schladming, make a slight right, following signs for Ennsradweg / Salzburgerstraße.
- After 2 km, you will come to a roundabout. Take the 1st exit onto Rohrmoosstraße.
- Stay on this road for 2.7 km, which will bring you to Rohrmoos and the next roundabout.
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit in order to stay on Rohrmooserstraße.
- After just 300 m, you will find our Hotel Erlebniswelt Stocker on your right.
