Pure relaxation for body and mind
The SKY SPA sauna oasis, exclusively for adults aged 16 and over, offers a one-of-a-kind wellness experience, featuring a variety of facilities to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. One of the standout features is the panoramic relaxation area, which not only offers stunning views but also serves as the perfect refuge for those seeking peace and tranquility.
The selection of saunas in our SKY SPA includes a traditional Finnish sauna, characterized by a dry heat that deeply relaxes and detoxifies, as well as a bio-herb sauna. The steam bath also provides gentle, moist heat, perfect for soothing the respiratory system and cleansing the skin. The infrared cabin complements our offer, with soothing deep heat that relaxes muscles and warms the body gently.
One unique highlight is our Heukraxl oven, which fills the air with the fresh, natural scent of hay, creating a calming atmosphere that invites deep relaxation. Additionally, our professionally equipped massage room allows for a wide range of treatments designed to relieve tension and enhance your overall sense of physical wellbeing.
We should also mention the inviting sun terrace located on the roof of our Erlebniswelt. It not only offers a place to sunbathe and relax but also allows guests to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views in a peaceful and calm atmosphere.
Overall, the SKY SPA provides an exclusive escape from everyday life, where body and soul are pampered equally.
With temperatures ranging from 90°C to 110°C, the Finnish sauna is one of the hottest saunas at Hotel Erlebniswelt Stocker. These high temperatures, combined with low humidity, promote sweating and stimulate circulation. A sauna that is beneficial and purifying for both body and mind.
Looking to relax and recharge after a long, tiring day? Our bio-herbal sauna offers exactly that. The herbs used are known for their healing and health-promoting effects. Combined with the warm environment of the sauna, it creates the perfect retreat for relaxation and recovery.
While the Finnish sauna operates at high temperatures, the steam bath remains much milder, with temperatures ranging between 40°C and 55°C. In addition to this significant temperature difference, the steam bath is characterized by high humidity, which differs greatly from that of a traditional sauna. In comparison to the bio-herbal sauna, where humidity levels are much lower, the steam bath reaches nearly 100%. The dense steam opens the pores, improves circulation, and stimulates metabolism. Additionally, the steam bath helps alleviate respiratory issues and has a relaxing effect on the muscles.
The infrared cabin provides warmth through radiation, without the use of steam. This method of heat delivery encourages the body to sweat in a gentler way, making it especially suitable for people with cardiovascular issues. Through regular use, the gentle, deeply penetrating warmth of the infrared rays can help alleviate back pain and strengthen the immune system.
